2026 Installation Of Officers and Directors

While the current bylaws reflect eleven board positions, we had twelve volunteers that stepped forward to serve. The incoming board intends to make a review of the association’s governing documents, including board composition and related provisions, a top priority. Resolving this inconsistency promptly and transparently will help ensure that the association’s governance structure accurately reflects the needs of the community, remains flexible and in compliance with state statutes governing non-profit organizations. We hereby introduce your new VDMIA Board Members:
